Why was the brand Blue Bay created?

Decades ago, while pet owners in Taiwan fed their pets, they could only think about imported pet food. During that time, made in Taiwan pet foods were labeled as secondary-quality products, and were disregarded by local pet owners. But as time passed, the local buyer soon found out the quality from aboard was not price-worthy at all. And we started asking ourselves, why can’t we produce our own pet food here in Taiwan, with a higher quality and a more reasonable price. The answer is obvious- “Yes, we surely can.”

In 2006, Blue Bay's first dog food formula was launched, the Hypoallergenic Dry Dog Food. It’s specially made for skin and coat care, and made from local fresh ingredients. With the help of professionals, the Made in Taiwan pet food became a competitive brand with the imported brands. We worked hard and continuously on developing various formulas in the following years, and we have received feedback from our customers. Today, Blue Bay is a reassuring and high-quality local brand for pet owners. 

Through the years, Blue Bay has accompanied lots of Taiwanese pet owners and their Furkids. We insist on making natural, organic, and ecologically friendly recipes for the Furkids. But we didn’t just stop there, we kept on moving and improving our formula, not only for the love of local pets but all the pets worldwide

因此，2025 年，倍力將犬糧與貓糧送往國外具公信力的 AAFCO 餵食測試大學進行檢驗，2026 年，我們收到通知『倍力犬糧與貓糧通過 26 週完整餵食測試！』這不只是倍力的重要里程碑，更是台灣寵物食品首次同時在犬貓兩項領域通過國際餵食測試的成果。

這份肯定，屬於每一位投入其中的台灣農民與合作夥伴。倍力由衷感謝，未來將持續以嚴格標準自我要求，讓真正高品質、值得信賴的台灣毛孩食品，長久陪伴每一位毛孩。
